What we collect

To process orders we collect: name, phone, email address (optional for pickup orders) and delivery address (only for delivery or courier). For accounts we also keep order history and the Flames balance. Messages sent through the contact form or restock requests are kept so we can reply.

How we use it

Data is used solely to process and deliver orders, to communicate about your order, to reply to messages, and to run the Flames program. We do not send unsolicited marketing and we do not sell data to third parties.

Who we share it with

Only the courier company (name, phone, address, for delivery) and the payment processor Stripe (for card payments). Card details are processed directly by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies: the browsing session (cart, login), the language preference, and the currency preference used to display prices. No tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep data

Order data is retained as long as legal (accounting and tax) obligations require. Contact messages are kept until resolved and can be deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and deletion of your account, via the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
