Refund and Returns Policy

Personalized products

Products configured by you (with options chosen at order time, such as fragrance or color) are made to the customer's specifications. Under art. 16(c) of GEO 34/2014 (implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive), these are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Standard and premade products

For non-personalized products you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Let us know via the contact page, then return the product unused, in the condition received. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method, in lei.

Damaged or wrong products

If a product arrives damaged, or you received something other than what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including delivery.

Vouchers and Flames

Gift vouchers that have been partially or fully redeemed are not refundable in cash. When an order is cancelled, the voucher amount and any Flames used are automatically returned.
