Shipping Policy

Preparation time

All products are handmade. Made-to-order items usually take 1-2 working days (the exact time is shown on the product page); premade products ship right away. Delivery time is added on top of preparation time.

Local pickup - free

We meet at one of the pickup points shown at checkout. Choose your preferred point when ordering and we will contact you to arrange the time. This is also where you can hand over wax for the recycling program.

Personal delivery

We deliver personally in the area, with the fee shown at checkout.

Courier

We ship by courier anywhere in Romania. The fee is shown at checkout and is free above the displayed threshold. Parcels are packed with care; please check your parcel on receipt and report any issue within 48 hours.

Recycling

Wax for recycling is handed over in person only, at pickup or delivery; it cannot be sent by courier. The wax is weighed and the Flames are added to your account.
