1. About us

SpiritKrafts (crafts.webbetas.com) sells handmade artisan products made in Romania: scented candles, soaps, garden products, and other categories that may be added over time.

2. Products

All products are custom made by hand. Most are made to order, usually within 1-2 working days of order confirmation (the exact time is shown on each product page), and some are premade and available immediately. As handmade items, small variations in color or shape from the photos are possible; images are indicative.

3. Prices and currency

Official prices are in lei (RON) and include all applicable taxes. For convenience, the site can also display EUR or USD equivalents at up-to-date exchange rates; these values are indicative. Payment and any refunds are always processed in lei. The final price of a product depends on the options you choose (such as fragrance or color, where available) and is shown before you place the order.

4. Orders and payment

Orders can be placed with or without an account. We accept cash on pickup or delivery, bank transfer, and card payment online (processed securely by Stripe; we never store card details). Card orders enter production after the payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amounts paid.

5. Delivery

We offer free local pickup at the meeting points shown at checkout, personal delivery in the area, and courier delivery. Fees are shown at checkout. Full details in the Shipping Policy.

6. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue, are redeemed by entering the code at checkout, and can be used across multiple orders until the balance runs out. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. The Flames program

Customers with an account earn Flames points for completed orders and for wax returned through our recycling program. Flames can be spent as a discount on future orders, within the limit shown at checkout. Flames have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked in case of abuse. Program rules may change, with reasonable notice on the site.

8. Use and safety

Use products only as intended and according to their instructions. Candles must be burned under supervision, on stable surfaces, away from flammable materials, children and pets. Soaps are for external use only. Garden products must be used as directed and kept out of the reach of children. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumer protection: ANPC. Online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
